Briess Malt & Ingredients Co produces malt, natural sweeteners and other specialty ingredients that are used in the production of beer, spirits, food, beverages and pet food. Briess supplies manufacturers throughout North America and exports to more than 20 countries. Founded in 1876 in Czechoslovakia, Briess remains one of the few family-owned malting companies in the world. Briess sources barley and other grains from growers in prime U.S. growing regions, and operates grain processing operations in Wisconsin and Wyoming.
