2025 Chilton Chamber Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the Chilton Chamber of Commerce will be held on:
Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 5:30 PM
Cheers, 26 North State Street, Chilton
The annual meeting will be a business casual evening with a buffet style hot hors d’oeuvres supper from 5:30-7:00 pm, raffles, entertainment, and a brief year end Chamber meeting. Cash bar will be available. The meeting will conclude by about 8:00 pm to allow time to network with fellow members. Please fill out the form below with your company name and names of those attending.
The first two people are free - if you wish to purchase additional tickets to the meeting, the cost is $10.00 per person.
Please list their names on the form and send a check for payment.
There will be no future follow-up regarding the annual meeting, so be sure to mark your calendars and send in your registration.
We will be raffling off items from our local area businesses. We are asking ALL our members for a donation; this could be an item from your business, a gift certificate, or simply make a cash donation and we will buy the prizes. Nothing is too big or too small. If you are interested in donating, please email Tammy Pethan or call her at 920-418-1650, or simply drop your donation off at FVTC Chilton. Their hours are Mon-Wed 8 am-6 pm, Thurs 8 am-5 pm, Fri 8 am-noon (closed 12/21-1/1/25 for break).
To allow time to purchase these raffle items it would be greatly appreciated if you could have your donation in by January 13, 2025. Just as a reminder the annual dinner is not a fundraising event for the Chamber, we are simply just trying to cover our expenses.
